Dr Kang and his staff are professional! Great dental operation, exceptional reception, tentative health concerns, and flexible appointment scheduling. I would recommend them to all. Robert B Bates

Extremely disappointing experience I was sent to this office by my insurance because I was told they were the only dental office in my area that accepted my AHCCCS insurance. After my experience here, I would strongly recommend NOT coming here. The doctor, Dr. Minseok Kang, was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment he walked in. Instead of listening to my concerns, he repeatedly talked down to me and told me that I don’t take care of my teeth. I tried to explain that I have a genetic gum disease, but he continued speaking to me as though I were a child who simply didn’t know how to brush my teeth. I came in looking for help, not to be judged or embarrassed. I was then told that they needed to refer me out because they do not perform the dental work I need. When I explained that I have AHCCCS and asked whether they could refer me to someone within my insurance network, they could not give me a clear answer. They seemed much more focused on referring me somewhere else than on making sure I could actually receive the care I need and that the provider accepts my insurance. I have never felt so humiliated and dismissed during a medical or dental appointment.

I was looking for a new dentist and I would not recommend here. The dentist was rude implied that my teeth looked as bad as someone from a Third World country, which is insane. I’ve only had two cavities my whole life and I’m in my late 40s. He also told me that I’m gonna have to get dental surgery, possibly five procedures. I’ve never been scared of going to a dentist until now. It was such a bad experience. I have been avoiding finding a new dentist and today I found a new one and they said my teeth look great..

Everyone in the office is super helpful and nice! Dr. Kang is a straight shooter and will really tell you what you need to do to take care of your teeth. Been a regular patient for a few years now. Highly recommend.

Dentist is Late for every appointment. Often, the office front desk is empty. If it's not covered by insurance, good luck getting service or trying to save money by staying within your dental plan. I took 2 days off work for them to refer me to a surgeon who also can't perform the service. I was told since the tooth was so abscess that I should find an emergency room.. who also can't help because they don't pull teeth. If a pre-authorization is required, why didn't you get that before bringing me back in? Isn't that part of the job? Useless waste of time. I've complained to my insurance.
